Located in the middle of Ballpark Village, and a baseball’s throw from the iconic Busch Stadium in St. Louis, Live! by Loews (Bill DeWitt III, co-owner and President of the St. Louis Cardinals) offers its guests first-class hospitality and unforgettable amenities. Featuring 216 rooms, 17,000 square feet of meeting and event space and an expansive variety of dining options, Live! is the ideal destination for both friends and colleagues.
Boelter’s Design Team, led by Rick Garavaglia, Mary Gildea, Bob Hammann and Ron Marts, provided the necessary mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) drawings, custom drawings and field supervision on this $1.2 million project. Adhering to a tight schedule, Rick’s team proudly developed an engaging Whiskey bar, authentic dining space and efficient display kitchen.
Having previously worked with the Cardinals Nation Ballpark Village, Boelter immediately understood the finer details and nuanced requirements of the Live! by Loews project. Taking inspiration from the rich history of St. Louis Cardinals baseball, the Contract and Design team challenged themselves to successfully complete the Live! project on-time and on-budget.
