The Kitch at Kohl's

Consistently rated one of Milwaukee’s top places to work, Kohl’s offers its 7,500 associates an abundance of dining options.

When they began remodeling their corporate office in 2014, the Kohl’s team contacted Bartolotta Restaurants, Boelter's Design team, and M A Mortenson construction to complete the job of developing new dining options throughout their campus, including a state-of-the-art corporate dining hall. Boelter provided a kitchen and cafeteria design, equipment, and installation of all foodservice facilities. Working in conjunction with the Mortenson construction team, Boelter built a new kitchen, servery, and dish room for everyday dining, as well as an additional kitchen and dish room for a 1,000 seat special event auditorium. The servery includes many destination stations, including a spectacular salad bar, for Kohl’s associates to choose from. Throughout the project, Boelter and Mortenson collaborated with the Kohl’s team and Bartolotta Restaurants to maintain their vision and ensure the new designs were in keeping with the various finishes in the building, as well as the high-quality cooking expectations of Bartolotta’s.
