University foodservice facilities from coast to coast call on Boelter to meet and complete their design objectives. Finished in 2008, a $3.8M ground up construction project at Valparaiso University replaced all other dining services on their campus and included a multi-unit serving operation. Boelter provided equipment and installation for student dining areas with action stations, a central commissary kitchen, a café and coffee shop, and a full-service catering kitchen. In addition to providing finishing work that matched the college’s elegant décor, wherever possible, Boelter’s team relocated existing kitchen equipment in an effort to reduce costs.
