The Boelter Team worked with Food Service Directors and design consultants, installing all equipment for a new cafeteria and servery that provides a la carte offerings for patients, visitors, and staff. Helping to improve efficiency and keep employees and visitors eating on-site, grab ‘n go and action stations featuring freshly made pizza and sandwiches were also added.
