Boelter has had the good fortune to work with the Parasole Family of Restaurants across more than a dozen of their establishments; most recently with the Pittsburgh Blue Steakhouse.
Widely known as the destination for steak in Minnesota – serving dry-aged beef, fresh seafood, and a variety of mouth-watering burgers – the Pittsburgh Blue Steakhouse has now expanded their operations to Rochester, MN, a location that had been on their radar for some time.
Working closely with the restaurant operators and owner group, several plans and an assortment of options were brought to the table.
When the project was completed, Boelter delivered a kitchen (chefs line, prep line, cooking and dishwashing equipment, walk-in cooler, freezers, dry storage and more), bar, and seating package that complemented the overall vision of the Pittsburgh Blue Steakhouse.
The innovative designs provided an enhanced flow of both the kitchen and bar while also elevating the brand to an even greater experience.
