1. Program + Schematic Design
Determine space size
Develop simple schematic outlining work areas, points of service, and key equipment
2. Design Development
Create a plan in Revit® or AutoCAD®
Equipment tracked with numbers corresponding with schedule and cut sheets
3. Construction Documents
Complete drawing set including plan, utility rough-ins, elevations/details and written specifications
4. Bidding + Procurement
Provide addendums, RFI and PR's
Ongoing consultation during bid/quoting/procurement process
5. Review + Observation
Site visits during construction
Construction bulleting coordination and punch list

With expertise in equipment selection, layout design, OSHA compliance, and quality assurance, I focus on creating environments that are efficient, safe, and effective. My approach centers on building strong, lasting relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to drive long-term success.
Building relationships is one of the things I enjoy most about my work in foodservice design. I understand the importance of listening to the needs of my clients and I appreciate the challenges of working through the design process together.

The projects I enjoy most are those we’re involved with from the very beginning. Having the opportunity to visit the site, see the existing facility, meet with the team, and recommend improvements—both operationally and aesthetically —is especially rewarding.
I’ve had the opportunity to work in both foodservice operation and construction management, which allows me to understand the end user needs and collaborate with all partners involved as the project moves through construction and installation.
