Boelter led the kitchen design and installation efforts behind the development of UC Merced’s Pavilion Dining Center.

At Cornell College, Boelter designed new state-of-the-art dining facilities, including remodeling the bakery, the Rathskeller, and the upper-level student café.

In 2016, Mankato State University began work on a new dining facility. Boelter planned for efficiency to make sure students could eat in a timely manner.

At Valparaiso University, Boelter provided equipment installation for dining areas, a commissary kitchen, a coffee shop, and a full-service catering kitchen.
